"Fit my K9 setup perfectly!!"
Ordered this from Ray Allen for my working dog setup, and honestly... it worked out great!! Everything fit with the K9 gear I already had, no weird sizing problems, no fighting with clips, nothing like that!!! The clips lined up fine, it feels really solid, and shipping was decent too. I just needed something that worked without a bunch of messing around... and it did exactly that. I'd definitely buy from them again!!

"Sizing Was a Bit Off"
I ordered a harness from rayallen the quality seems totally fine. It’s usable and feels like it’ll hold up. It’s not even about that, the main issue for me was the fit. I used the size chart, but it still ended up being tighter on my dog than I expected. Not a huge disaster or anything, just kind of frustrating when you’re trying to get the sizing right. If I ordered again, I’d definitely double check measurements and probably size up.

I had a quick question about my order customer service got back to me faster than I thought they would. They explained things clearly enough and took care of the small issue I had. It wasn’t totally perfect, but... overall, I had a good experience.

"I ordered a couple things from Ray..."
I ordered a couple things from Ray Allen after my brother mentioned them, and while the items were okay, I expected a little more for the price. Nothing felt cheap or unusable, but it also didn’t seem special enough to justify what I paid.

Once shipping got added on, the total felt steep. I ended up finding similar gear for less afterward, so I don’t think I’d order again unless the prices dropped quite a bit.

I grabbed a couple of K9 gear items from Ray Allen, and everything showed up exactly how I ordered it. The sizes and colors were right, and nothing was missing, so that part was easy.

It did take a day or two longer than I expected before it actually got moving, but once it shipped, the tracking was fine. I’d order from them again, just probably not if I needed it in a rush...

"Good Stuff, Just Hard to Find My Size"
The stuff looked good and I liked what they had, but a bunch of the sizes were already sold out. Kind of annoying because you find something you want, then boom, not available in your size. So yeah, good products overall, just wish they kept more sizes in stock.

My order got here faster than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. Everything was in the box too, so no issues there. Tracking was decent... not amazing or anything, but it did the job. Overall, yeah, happy with it. 4 stars from me.

"Honestly, the training helped more than I expected"
We tried the training mostly because walks were getting a little chaotic, and somehow that ended up being the biggest difference. My dog started picking things up faster than I thought he would, especially with the leash stuff. Not perfect overnight or anything, but it was one of those things where a few days in I realized, wait, this is actually working. Walks feel a lot less stressful now.

"I was hoping this would hold up for..."
I was hoping this would hold up for regular professional use, but it felt way too basic once I started using it day to day. At first I thought maybe I just needed more time with it, but the more I relied on it, the less confident I felt. It’s probably fine for simple tasks, but for serious work, it didn’t really earn my trust.

"Decent overall, but the packaging could be better"
My order arrived on time, which I definitely appreciate. To be fair, the items inside were mostly okay, but the box itself was beat up and could’ve used more padding. I don’t think it was a terrible experience, but it also wasn’t great. Just hoping they pack things a little more securely next time.

"Not gonna lie, sizing really matters"
Not gonna lie, the harness and leash I got from Ray Allen feel really solid. The gear seems strong and gives me a lot more confidence handling my dog. That said, the fit wasn’t perfect right away and it did rub a little at first, so I had to mess with the adjustments a few times. Overall, it’s good quality stuff, but definitely pay close attention to sizing so it’s comfortable for both you and your dog.

"Custom patch turned out really nice"
I ordered a custom name patch and was mostly nervous about the spelling and colors, but both came out exactly right. The size was maybe a tiny bit different than what I had in my head, but it still worked totally fine for what I needed. Weirdly, I remember opening the package while eating a pickle spear, so that detail is somehow stuck in my brain. Overall I’m happy with it and would order from them again
